He began collecting glass, plastic and pottery miniatures of dogs of all shapes and sizes three years ago and has amassed a collection of about 500. Photo caption accompanying 54-5883_005, 54-5883_006 and missing photo: SUFFER FLOOD DAMAGE - Both Waterloo and Bridgeport suffered damage from flooding water today. The Joseph E. Seagram plant (left) [54-5883_006] on Erb and Caroline streets, Waterloo, was partly inundated when Laurel Creek overflowed its banks and covered part of the boiler room. Water from the Grand at Bridgeport flooded River street to a depth of two feet, completely covering the race track (centre) [54-5883_005].
