Abstract: Photo caption from published version of missing photo [see 46-359_001 for closest version]: "PRESENT CHARTER - Dick Bean of Acton, left, presented the Y's Men's international charter to the Pan Politae chapter of the K-W Y.M.C.A., last night. Tom Hamilton, a director, right, accepted the plaque while Harry Haus, president, centre, watched the proceedings. Two separate chapters of International Y's Men's are now operated at the Y. M.C.A. here."
