Abstract: Photo caption from published version of 53-4435_001: "LONG SHOT WINNER - Joseph Welker, 99 King St. North, Waterloo, was the only one to call "bingo" in the final game for a car at the monster bingo last night in the Kitchener Auditorium. Odds were quoted at 3,000 to 1 that he could be a single winner."
