Abstract: Photo caption from published version of 71-12-08_001: "BUILDING PROGRESS. Work is proceeding on new $4.2 million Psychology Building on campus; completion is scheduled for fall. Building will include extensive laboratory facilities. Much of Department of Psychology is now in rented quarters off campus."
