Abstract: Photo caption from published version of 47-636_001: "PARKING METERS WORK WELL - Parking space on King St. West, usually at a premium, could be had yesterday for a penny in a meter. Top photo [missing from envelope] shows King St. from Young St. looking toward Waterloo with plenty of parking space available. Below [47-636_001], a motorist who parked over the limit gets a ticket, one of many handed out to violators."
