Waterloo, Seagram Stadium, Painting Bee [Unpublished]
Photo caption from published version of missing photo [no suitable substitute]: "WATERLOO PAINTING BEE - About 50 Twin City sportsmen last night put on a painting bee at the new Seagram Stadium in Waterloo Park. The group applied a coat of paint to bleachers which will accommodate some 2,000 spectators. Included in the group were members of Waterloo Council. Work on the new stadium is being rushed for completion before Aug. 13 when first football game is scheduled."
