Abstract: Photo caption from published versions of 51-2932_001 and 51-2932_002: "REMOVE WIRES - There is a sharp contrast between the two sides of Ontario St., South since old posts have been removed on the east side. Top photo [51-2932_002] shows clean appearance of the new light standards and all overhead wires have been removed on that side. Lower photo [51-2932_001] illustrates the unsightly maze of wires still remaining on the west side."
