Photo caption accompanying 54-5883_005, 54-5883_006 and missing photo: SUFFER FLOOD DAMAGE - Both Waterloo and Bridgeport suffered damage from flooding water today. The Joseph E. Seagram plant (left) [54-5883_006] on Erb and Caroline streets, Waterloo, was partly inundated when Laurel Creek overflowed its banks and covered part of the boiler room. Water from the Grand at Bridgeport flooded River street to a depth of two feet, completely covering the race track (centre) [54-5883_005]. At right [see 54-5883_011 for closest version] is another Bridgeport street.
