Seagram plant (left) [54-5883_006] on Erb and Caroline streets, Waterloo, was partly inundated when Laurel Creek overflowed its banks and covered part of the boiler room. Water from the Grand at Bridgeport flooded River street to a depth of two feet, completely covering the race track (centre) [54-5883_005].
