Photo caption accompanying 54-6159_005, 54-6159_006 and a version of 54-6159_009: "FOLLOW REGULAR LEGAL PROCEDURE - In an effort to convince K-W Collegiate authorities they are capable of having more voice in school administration, responsible students have undertaken to curb school infractions by a student-operated court. The system is illustrated here in pictures. A student breaking a jaywalking law (second from left) [photo missing from envelope] in front of the school is spotted by law enforcement officer whose name is included in a warning list on bulletin board (left) [photo missing from envelope, see 54-6159_009 for closest version]. If it is the third offence the accused is summoned by bailiff (second from right) [54-6159_006] for court appearance. Offender then engages lawyer (right) [54-6159_005] to prepare his defence."
