Photo caption from published photo: "APPROVE AGREEMENT - At a mass meeting yesterday of the employees of the Dominion Rubber Co., tire division, about 1,300 members unanimously approved a wage agreement recommended by the local union bargaining committee. A section of the large gathering is seen above [missing from envelope, see 47-472_001 for closest version]. A contract calling for a nine-cent increase and four additional statutory holidays concluded recent negotiations."
