Photo caption accompanying photos from feature: "CARRIERS BECOME CITIZENS - Yesterday was a gala day for 111 Record carriers who received citizenship certificates at the City Hall from Prime Minister Mackenzie King and Mayor Brown. At top [not in envelope] is the group after the ceremony. Marie Good [47-645_002] is show in the centre photos as she shakes hands with Mr. King and is about to receive a kiss from him [not in envelope]. At lower left is Donald Dow, one of the 11 carriers selected to receive certificates from Mr. King personally. Also shown [not in envelope] are Graydon Lee of Elmira, Thomas Livingstone, Arthur Freund, Glenn Dahmer and Jean Voll, all of Kitchener. At lower right [not in envelope] carriers Lorne Heuchroth, Donald Ueberschlag and Franklin Geng display their certificates.
